We accept store credit or exchanges for faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect items sent.
Store Credit/Exchanges of Defective item
Once you receive your item, please check your order and its contents. If for any reason your item received is faulty or incorrect please contact us immediately via email with a claim, please include proof of purchase to bbflawlessgirl8@gmail.com.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a label for you to ship back the faulty item. We can then proceed to providing you with store credit or exchange for the item.
